Following the recent death of Ken Sims (2017) I thought I'd publish this article again. X RIP Ken Sims x
I was fortunate to find this recording, well get Jo Sims to play it to me. As soon as I heard it i loved it, musical history and brilliant with It!
Jo Sims with Miriam Dunn and her Sister Jackie were The Rhythm Girls. Jo was 15 approx and Jackie was 13! Miriam was older at 17.

Ken Sims, Jo's Father and well respected Jazz musician suggested they play with his band after he heard them sing.
We think this recording may have been at the 100 club in London, and they would perform almost every week for 3 or 4 years!
This recording Is a gem, very live hence the quality. One of the track has Ken singing with the girls which is magical.
Jo continues to write music and has an exciting new project out called Planet 9. Planet 9 will be performing at Festival 23 details below ☑️
(Above an actual photograph of Ken Sims playing as Jo recorded him for 'Cut My Losses' which I've pic linked - PLANET 9 ☑️ and enjoy him live below 😊
