The Archers Radio 4 daily soap

Ok so if your wondering what is going on in Radio 4's long running soap.....

They have hit a main line. The character Helen (Louiza Patikas) has been bullied and undermined by her husband Rob (Timothy Watson) over a course of time only witnessed by the audience, and her long standing friend Kirsty. (Annabelle Dowler)

Right or wrong the radio writers have now exploded the situation with the use of drastic physical violence.

That is when she was all set to leave Rob he completely provoked her into stabbing him?

Now we have a female Jack Reagan style detective in charge to get to the bottom of it....

While admiring the strength of the narrative i can't help thinking about the radio ratings as the court case looms high and last's long. Yet still if one Women recognises a controlling twat of a small man.... because of this....
