I have met Wayne a few times, once when he performed at his son's school for a fund raiser.
He is an amazing magician who Is also currently flying high on designing and supplying magic products to fellow magicians!
​Wayne's latest venture, the'52 to 1' card deck which he designed with David Penn has sold out within 48 hours of its release. Pre-orders for the next batch are flying in fast but won't be available for five weeks.

Probably a bit obvious Wayne, but I'd love to know what got you started?

I got a book on magic in the book club at school, George Spicers.
​ I was around nine years old and it was that book that actually helped me to read as I wasn't very academic at school.

OMG  - Wayne you have just answered what would have been my next question!  I always ask my guest's about a book that changed their life or affected them in some way! 
Quick recovery -  Have you got a favourite magician, one you really look up to, are you allowed to say? 

You wouldn't have heard of my magical hero. He's not famous, I just consider him to be the best at something that I want to be the best that I can be at.
​His name is Geoff Ray, an incredible sleight of hand expert.

Which do you prefer playing in front of Wayne, a big audience or up close at a table?

Big or small audiences, it doesn't matter. As long as you bring emotion to that particular moment, then the job is done.

What piece of advice would you give to someone starting out now? You probably inspire a lot of young magicians.

The best advice I feel I can give to anyone starting in the trade is 'be an entertainer first and magician second'.

This is probably a foolish question but... How exclusive is 'The Magic Circle' and has anyone ever broke the code....?

The Magic Circle is the worlds foremost magic club. There is a strict exam to pass to be a member. I'm proud to be a member of the Inner Magic Circle with Gold Star, to which there can only be 300 worldwide. Anyone exposing magic secrets for nothing more than personal gain, or bringing the good name of The Magic Circle into disrepute is stripped of membership.
