Notes
pauliepaul studied film studies BA (Hons) alongside mass communication & English Literature at The University Of North London now The Metropolitan in 1998, made all the more difficult for a left handed dyslexic.
During this time he also started working at a small club in The Elephant and Castle Called ‘Corsica Studios’. After 7 years this eventually culminated in him being apart of the management team that won ‘The ‘Best Small Club’ In The Country Award, as voted for by ‘DJ Mag’ readers in 2009.
After Corsica Studio's Paulie was writing and performing comedy, writing for television, and finally before Phacemag creating a website for his volumes of poetry - www.pauliepaulVersesTheWorld.com - (he hates his name spelt in capitals because of aesthetics ....and he's crazy obsessive perfectionist but messy?!)
Fran studied fine art at The Ruskin School Oxford, graduating in 2012. She began working with Paulie at Phacemag in 2017, and has since become the unthinkable: "The Indispensable Fine Art Graduate!"
Paulie asked her to take over the managing editor's position after a bottle of merlot. They steer the ship in the same direction but when they argue I just leave xx - [email protected]
