Written on his gear that he bought in his local charity shop, Charity Shop Pop re-enters the fray with his new single, Dreaming (It’s A Nightmare). It shows the juxtaposition between CSP’s desire to produce banging tunes that make you want to dance, and melancholy lyrics that make you want to cry. Against jangly guitar riffs and an upbeat tempo, Charity Shop Pop winds through the story of heartbreak, and the depression that follows, producing a musical symbol of hope within despair.
