When Johnny Weissmuller was Tarzan

When Johnny Weissmuller was Tarzan he would often break the hunter's rifles in half.
When they were in trouble he always ended up helping them, although my Dad said it was because Jane asked him to.
Dad said he wasn’t under the thumb, he just knew how to look after Jane because he loved her, and then he added that loving relationships are full of compromise even for the king of the jungle.
When Johnny Weissmuller was Tarzan he protected the ancient Elephant graveyard with his life.
Dad said that the hunters who searched and tried to trick Tarzan to find the Elephant graveyard would always be poor. 
Even with all the money in the world.
Dad said that when Johnny Weissmuller was Tarzan he was the richest man in the world, because just as he really loved all the animals, & Jane and Boy with all his Tarzan heart. 
In return they all totally really loved him back, unconditionally jungle word on it.
Dad said that apart from the times when the hunters tried to screw him over, and when he had to fight a really big jealous  sarcastic gorilla; Tarzan’s life was filled with the joy that giving brings, to feel his earth & jungle content, animals happy in safety.
I can’t help wishing Johnny Weissmuller was Tarzan again.
