www.Phacemag.com was created in April of 2016 by pauliepaul, (Paul Hallam ) who has had an ‘Infectious’ passion for magazines since the early 80’s when he read numerous national/international and more importantly several smaller magazines in his home town of Nottingham, - ‘Overall There Is A Smell Of Fried Onions’ amongst other titles, were an integral part of Paulie’s dream to one day publish his own magazine.

Tim Seed : [email protected] - has several businesses within the media industry. He has also been editing articles about music, culture, film and London since his early association with Time Out in the 1980’s.
Tim works closely with Paulie on Phacemag and has undoubtedly been the driving force that has took Phacemag to over 200,000 page views a year, very early in it’s second year.

Paulie studied film studies BA (Hons) alongside mass communication & English Literature at The University Of North London now The Metropolitan in 1998, made all the more difficult for a left handed dyslexic.
During this time he also started working at a small club in The Elephant and Castle Called ‘Corsica Studios’. After 7 years this eventually culminated in him being apart of the management team that won ‘The ‘Best Small Club’ In The Country Award, as voted for by ‘DJ Mag’ readers in 2009.
After Corsica Studio's Paulie was writing and performing comedy, writing for television, and finally before Phacemag creating a website for his volumes of poetry - www.pauliepaulVersesTheWorld.com
Fran studied fine art at The Ruskin School Oxford, graduating in 2012. She began working with Paulie a year ago at Phacemag and has become the unthinkable: The Indispensable Fine Art Graduate! - [email protected]
