Might have to review again soon...mmm
While Jo and I were waiting for our food, an elderly lady came in to collect her take away order....
"My Son is flying home tonight and the first thing he wants when he gets home is this curry from your restaurant. "
I imagined him brushing past his loving mother at the door..... Holding his sweaty suitcase handle and shouting in a frenzy!......
"Pay for the taxi Mum , and for the love of Christ, 'Where is my Jal Frezyyy!'

Ok I got a bit carried away there but I knew where he was coming from (not literally 😊) and the food here is worth sending your Mum out for in all weathers!
We ordered a Chicken Shashlik starter, a main of Chicken Tikka for Jo and a madras for me. Two side dishes with breads, rice and poppadoms all to arrive together.
When it arrives we just eat in silence, casting each other the odd cooperative glance because we know who the last bhaji belongs to - (Jo)
I don't pretend to be a foodie, but my lovely Jo knows her stuff. Here though It's just fresh quality food every time, and cards on the table it's just up the road from us, bonus!

On our anniversary we had booked a table at Rules in town. We ended up here because ♥️ (I was a bit skint) no seriously, this is one of our favourite places to eat. True say delux. You can look at prices on the menu but It's high quality food for a reasonable price. Additional info well there's a circular table in the window which can accommodate large groups but booking essential - go enjoy!
