Location: Winter Gardens, Eastbourne The Eastbourne Reggae Carnival is set to shake up Winter Gardens this Spring on 17th April 2022, with one of the heaviest reggae line-ups around. Needing no introduction, we welcome the mighty 9-piece dub band Gentleman’s Dub Club along with reggae and dancehall giant and champion soundboy David Rodigan, spinning the latest cutting-edge dubs. Legendary reggae group Aswad, known for injecting soulful and R&B influences into the mix are joined by the ragga veteran, General Levy. Tickets: https://www.jbmmusic.com/shows/ Date: 2nd July Location: Towneley Park, Burnley Harnessing the energy of one of the UK’s prominent dance clubs, Hacienda Classical sees the legendary club’s original DJ Graeme Park reinterpret and perform seminal house and club classics on an epic scale with a full live orchestra, the Manchester Camerata. With over 40 years’ experience performing across the globe, you can expect to hear a up to 70 orchestral musicians, including string, woodwind, brass, and percussion players alongside DJ Graeme Park who held a nine-year residency at The Hacienda. He will be mixing live at the show with samples, loops alongside the orchestra in a continuous DJ mix, replicating a club set. Hacienda Classic’s veteran technical team will ensure of the best quality sound for that true Hacienda feel. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia MDLBEAST's Soundstorm once again raised the bar for musical experiences in the Middle East with its latest festival. In all, 732,000 attendees from all over the world descended upon the desert with 184 artists from more than 20 countries playing over eight stages. These included 10 Saudi female artists like Baloo, Birdperson and Cosmicat playing next to international stars such as Jeff Mills, Nina Kraviz, Adam Beyer, Carl Cox and many more. There was over 50 hour music in all with two new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS set for the Tallest Temporary Stage at 41m and 268cm, and The Most LED Lights in a Display with 60,053,376 in total.
