From When Too Grandad

When oil is said done & spent
Taken swallowed smoked consumed 
Profited pleasure business & leisure 
When oil’s invested & oil is lent
Grief stricken tenants die oiling the rent  
When oil the greedy minds have deservedly died
Bulging bank balances beyond insanity
Mounded with morbid costs for humanity, yet again 
Grandads Of Industry pushing corporate gain, all in vain
For in one silent lonely stroke they loudly cry then die alone
To leave a frowning grandchild funeral dressed in his best smart phone
Later to watch a Netflix doc on WW2, or on the last elephant to try 
 To save itself from being butchered for some stupid Chinese lie
“Well what makes them so possessed? 
To build a wealth that’s fake, for whose sake?”
He might ask, very sad -
To his diseased -
